Dream Yacht Charter is the only charter management company that offers six individually designed charter management programs. These programs include pre-approved financing, guaranteed monthly payments or performance based income. In addition, you may be eligible for substantial tax benefits. Dream Yacht Charter helps you make an informed decision and helps with a planned exit strategy for maximum resale value of your yacht.
Dream Yacht Charter offers boats from eight major brands and models in 40+ locations worldwide with reciprocal owner time, customized layouts, specifications and interiors. Whether you are in the market for a sail, power or crewed yacht, Dream Yacht Charter has the most choices for your dream yacht. And of course, every Dream Yacht purchase includes personal attention from the biggest owner-operated charter company in the world.
Yacht Ownership Programs
Dream Yacht Ownership is the most affordable way to explore the world’s favourite sailing destinations without the ongoing chard work and expense of traditional ownership.
Our varied choice of purchase programs also allow you to benefit from up to 12 weeks a year sailing on either your own or a similar yacht in a different Dream destination (upgrade options available). Whilst under management by Dream for usually 5.5 years, you enjoy all the benefits associated with yacht ownership, but without any of the running costs and uncertainty.
At the end of the program, you can choose to either:
- Keep the yacht
- Trade the yacht in for a new model and enjoy another 5 years of hassle free cruising
- Sell the yacht privately or through our extensive brokerage network
The Australian Management Program is for the Whitsundays Dream Yacht Charter Base. This program is for new vessels to be placed in Charter with us, as an option along with the choice of the other Programs and locations, it is also available for some selected second hand privately owned vessels offered for Charter by the Owners (If they are suitable after inspection – the criteria being – condition, age, size – no of cabins and heads, brand and suitability for Charter – must be surveyed for Charter in the Whitsundays as a bareboat charter vessel).
The Dream Performance Program/Active Yacht Ownership Program can dramatically lower costs over a short time simply by applying tax laws. Owners may legitimately benefit from substantial tax benefits or advantages in order to create equity in their new yacht. We urge potential buyers to seek the advice of qualified tax advisors. With this program, you can own a luxury yacht with a down payment of 20%.
The Guaranteed Income Program is Dream Yacht Sales and Dream Yacht Charter’s easiest and most trouble-free ownership program. With just 20% down (for qualified buyers) you’ll own a luxurious sailboat at one of our select bases worldwide, collect a guaranteed payment of up to 9% with no risk, and sail the world for up to 12 weeks each year with our reciprocal owner use program. This program is not available at all bases. Please ask for details.
Partnership Program Owners can purchase a yacht with only a 55% investment and no further costs for the duration of the program. You own a luxurious sailboat at one of our worldwide bases and may sail for up to 12 weeks a year through our reciprocal owner use program. (Note: This program is available only in certain locations and for monohull yachts only – please enquire.)
